The next Republican presidential debate is just days away. It will be held at 7:00 pm Eastern Time on Tuesday, June 5 in New Hampshire. Its sponsors are CNN, the Manchester (NH) Union Leader, and WMUR-TV. CNN will televise the debate, which is being hosted by Wolf Blitzer.
It’s up to you and I and all our conservative friends to make sure this is a real debate—with real conservative views allowed—and not a sham Soviet-style “debate” with just one Establishment-approved viewpoint expressed.
I expect intense behind-the-scenes pressure to be placed on the three debate sponsors to get Rep. Ron Paul off the panel on June 5. And WE have to counteract with pressure to keep this a true debate. That’s why I have launched a petition on www.KeepRonIn.com. Click here for more.
America Has Arrived: We Can't Get A Job Without FED Approval?!
THE EEVS OF OUR DESTRUCTION
Nancy Levant May 29, 2007 NewsWithViews.com
Let’s begin with a couple of recent little details about which you’ve been told nothing:
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a proposal on March 1 to establish minimum standards for state-issued driver's licenses and identification cards in compliance with the REAL ID Act of 2005.
DHS-proposed regulations set standards for states to meet the requirements of the REAL ID Act, including security features that must be incorporated into each card, verification of information provided by applicants to establish their identity and lawful status in the United States, and physical security standards for all locations where licenses and identification cards are issued.
Now, to the nuts and bolts of truth: Introduced by Representatives Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.) and Jeff Flake (R-Ariz), met The STRIVE Act - Security Through Regularized Immigration and a Vibrant Economy Act of 2007. This Act, full of dialectic/deceiving c**p, also introduces the EEVES proposal, which is the Employment Eligibility Verification System and the real deal of this Act.Click here to read a summary of the STRIVE ACT OF 2007 and here for the rest of Nancy's article.
Activists Go Face To Face With Evil As Rockefeller Confronted
We Are Change group ask arch-elitist why he admits to working to destroy America in his own book Prison Planet | May 29, 2007 Paul Joseph Watson
As part of a blitz of recent activism in which Al Gore, Rudy Giuliani and the CFR were all confronted, Infowars reporter Luke Rudkowski and the rest of the We Are Change crew went face to face with evil when they paid a visit to arch-elitist David Rockefeller at his own home in New York.
The group scouted out Rockefeller's address and waited for him to exit, watched closely by security guards, before informing him of the fact that a citizen's grand jury was seeking his indictment for his involvement in 9/11. Click here for the full article on infowars.com. Luke Rudkowski, Tom Foti and other members of WeAreChange.org confront David Rockefeller, kingpin spokesperson for the New World Order-- who has stated in his autobiography that he is an 'internationalist and proud' and not only intends to destroy the sovereignty of the United States in favor of world government, but claims to have set in motion 'irreversible' actions to that end.
Rockefeller has used literally hundreds of intitutions and foundations-- many of which he or his family's dynasty have founded-- to pursue world government, including the most notorious organizations, all of which he covers in the 'Proud Internationalist'chapter of "Memoirs"-- the Trilateral Commission, the Bilderberg group, the Council on Foreign Relations, amongst many, many others.
WeAreChange founder Luke Rudkowski-- a freelance reporter for INFOWARS.com-- used the book Memoirs to seek an autograph in excuse to approach and confront the aging traitor outside of his New York home. Click here for the full article over on infowars.com.
Bush's detention facilities Posted: May 30, 2007 1:00 a.m. Eastern
Houston-based KBR, formerly the engineering and construction subsidiary of Halliburton Co., has a contingency contract in place with the Department of Homeland Security to construct detention facilities in the event of a national emergency.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE, spokeswoman Jamie Zuieback confirmed yesterday in a telephone interview that the KBR contract for $385 million was awarded initially in January 2006 for a one-year base period with four one-year options. It has been extended into 2007. KBR held a previous emergency detention contract with ICE from 2000 to 2005.
Zuieback told this writer the primary intent of the KBR contract was to build temporary detention facilities that could be used in the event of a mass migration across the border that required ICE to respond on a quick basis to an illegal-immigration crisis. Click here for more.

Astar had just been born when, a day after the May 15 Republican presidential debate in South Carolina, I met Texas Representative Ron Paul for lunch on Capitol Hill. The meeting had been scheduled for several days; but, as luck would have it, the previous night Paul had gone from an oddball obscurity to a major sensation in the political world when, answering a question about September 11, he seemed to suggest that the attacks were justified by an aggressive U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East. "They attack us because we've been over there. We've been bombing Iraq for ten years," Paul explained. The ever-macho Rudy Giuliani was quick to pounce. "That's an extraordinary statement," he marveled. "And I would ask the congressman to withdraw that comment and tell us that he didn't really mean that." The crowd roared its approval. A previously flagging Giuliani suddenly enjoyed his best moment of the race....Click here for the complete article posted on GATA. And here for more on the New Republic site.
Could Presidential candidate and Congressman Ron Paul (R-Tex) win the Republican national primary in New Hampshire? If he did so, the momentum would be significant – and the press coverage massive - as New Hampshire may be the first state to hold a formal election, even beating out the Iowa caucus.
“Ron Paul could win in New Hampshire,” says a source close to the campaign. “It would be an explosive political act – one that would devastate the common wisdom. The mainstream media hasn’t realized it yet, but folks in New Hampshire take him seriously.” Click here for more.
When Ron Paul told a packed TV studio and Though it is clear Ron Paul was undermining the fallacy the American people have been sold in the shape of the “war on terror”, Paul was also repeating an assertion he has made many times before that the agenda of those in the White House now is a systematic continuation of aggression abroad as well as an exploitation of its fallout in order to push for total authoritarian global control. In his famed Neoconned speech a few years ago for example, Paul outlined the fact that the self-proclaimed neo-conservatives are not conservative and there is nothing new about the disgraceful philosophy to which they adhere. Their philosophy of endless war and big government really finds its roots in Machiavelli’s obsession with the “greatness of the state” along with Trotsky’s belief in “permanent revolution.” Click here for more.

Ron Paul Creates REAL Discussion of the Nation's Issues
Written by Al Barger Published May 21, 2007
Thank heavens for Ron Paul. Of all the candidates running for US president in the spring of 2007, Ron Paul has clearly done more than the rest of them put together to inject serious talk about real issues. Whether you agree with his outlook on any given issue, he's got a serious and well considered viewpoint that bears consideration.
For example, I was very glad to see him in the first debate hosted by Chris Matthews on MSNBC. At one point, he asked about national ID cards. Oh yeah, good idea, fine, prudent thinking. Then the question got to Ron Paul, who had a big ol' "hell no" answer, invoking the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Suddenly all these other Republican candidates are backpedaling as hard as they can. That was a valuable service to the public debate from Congressman Paul. I'm real glad he was there thumping that pesky Constitution. Click here for more.
UPDATE: Ron Paul & CIA Analyst Michael Scheuer “Educate Rudy” 5/24/07

Is Magneto the alter ego of Ron Paul? Does he wield super powers?Ron Paul, who was already gathering momentum on the internet has exploded in popularity. He has won hands down every straw poll he's been in. Internet traffic related to Paul is through the roof. The search term 'Ron Paul' has been dominating over all other political candidates in every metric. Ron Paul has been reigning supreme over the blog tracker Technorati and the video site Youtube since the debates and he shows little sign of being unseated anytime soon. Ron Paul has become so popular, he has spawned his own anti-paul fan club. A small group of individuals scurrying around the internet attempting to disparage the statesman. They often drop quotes which are either out of context or just plain wrong. Another tactic is to claim that Paul's support is much less than it appears to be, and is merely due to a dedicated group trying to 'game' the system. This of course doesn't stand up to the metrics and the companies that report such statistics which make their money and found their entire livelihood on being fairly accurate which show that interest in Paul is clearly widespread and quite real. The fact seems to be, Ron Paul resonates with the internet crowd and the more people find out about him, the more people like him. The question remains however as to whether or not he can translate internet popularity into actual votes. Click here for more.

I am ashamed to admit that I’ve been watching Ron Paul’s recent political acts with fingers and toes crossed, breathless.
Seeing Ron Paul educate Wolf Blitzer earlier this week, after his astoundingly fantastic performance in the second Republican debate, makes me sorry I had lost my faith in the power of truth, the power of courage. I’m sorry that I didn’t believe in the possibility that a serious person in the American political arena would commit that most radical act of speaking truth to power.
And in doing it, not only survive, but thrive!
A famous Orwell quote captures what is happening. "In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act." And while many have been working to prepare ground for truth and freedom in this country, I think we will note that the first shots in this revolution have been fired by Ron Paul. Ron Paul once again roiled Republican presidential politics on the issue of foreign policy during last night’s debate, finishing second in the post-debate poll conducted by Fox News and first in the poll conducted by MSNBC.
--------snip---------
In last night’s debate Rudy Giuliani made a mistake that is commonly made by those who view the federal government as a deity. Conflating the U.S. government and the American people, he suggested in the post-debate interview that Ron Paul was “blaming America.” Actually, Paul did no such thing. He blamed the U.S. government’s interventionist foreign policies for the morass in which our nation now finds itself. Like our Founding Fathers and the Framers, Paul understands that the federal government and the country are two separate and distinct groups, which in fact is precisely why the Bill of Rights expressly protects the country from the federal government. Taking the second tier seriously Are the maverick GOP hopefuls having an effect on the presidential race?
Tom Curry MSNBC National affairs writer March 18, 2007 Updated: 2 hours, 40 minutes ago
WASHINGTON - Is Republican presidential contender Ron Paul destined to be remembered for saying that terrorists attacked the United States on Sept 11, 2001 “because we've been over there; we've been bombing Iraq for 10 years”?
It was a critical moment in Tuesday night’s GOP presidential candidates’ debate in South Carolina.
Paul gave former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani the opportunity to rebuke him and dominate the news coverage of the event. But Paul’s passionate supporters don’t think Giuliani was the winner — and their man the loser — in that skirmish. Click here for more.
FOX News and friends scared of the "9/11 Truth Virus" infecting the Matrix
John Gibson and guest, syndicated columnist Michelle Maulkin, bash Ron Paul as a left wing "911 Truther Nut" and says he should be disqualified from the debates for going on Alex Jones show!
I just spoke with a friend who knows the people who work in the Michigan GOP office. He said the office "can't handle the volume" and "don't know what to do". Saul Anuzis's blackberry is flooded with messages, his voicemail is already full, and Ron Paul supporters are starting to find new phone numbers to reach him.
They are totally freaked out. He told me "they decided to stop answering the phones for the rest of the day because right when they hung up with one Ron Paul supporter the phone started to ring with the next. They couldn't get any work done". And "Saul has turned off his blackberry because he couldn't handle the overload".
He kept telling me how surprised they were at the amount of people calling and emailing. They didn't know what was going on or who was behind it all. Total shock.
Let's not let this one die. More phone calls and messages tomorrow. Keep the discussion going at the Facebook group. Click here for more.

Pundits & Candidates Seek to Exile Statesman from Republican Party-- In Spite of Leading Poll Numbers-- Over His Anti-Torture, Anti-War and Anti-Tax Standpoint
Aaron Dykes & Alex Jones / Jones Report | May 15, 2007
Congressman Ron Paul shook the establishment in last night's second round of 2008 Republican debates for the Presidency. Not only did his anti-war, anti-torture and pro-liberty platform stand glaring in the face of those political whores dubbed as "top-tier" but he managed to catch the ire of 9/11 criminal Rudy Giuliani for daring to suggest aggressive foreign policy would stir up blowback.
What's worse, Ron Paul interrupted the worship of establishment-selected candidates by winning the debate's own poll and forcing FOX to cover the mere "second-tier" candidate-- a distinction mainstream media have been using to marginalize those outside of direct control. Click here for more.

Apparently today on CSPAN during their Washington Journal program, they were inundated with calls about how impressed they were with Ron. I even had one member email me and tell me she plans to campaign for him.
We need to back him up! The media is going to try to bury him and the only thing wrong with Ron is he needs to polish up his delivery. He's allowed to make mistakes. He needs us now more than ever. And Hannity was a real ass to him and he's going to get a piece of my mind for that!"

Fox News Rigs Entire Debate To Savagely Attack Ron Paul
Texas Congressman targeted by Giuliani, Hannity & Colmes as pre-screened audience applause torture and warmongering, Fox limits post-election polls to three hours and no Internet voting yet Paul still successful
Paul Joseph Watson Prison Planet Wednesday, May 16, 2007
In a sickening display of cronyism and as a consequence of the sheer terror elicited amongst the establishment after his previous success, Fox News rigged last night's entire presidential debate in a crass effort to smear Ron Paul - yet the Texas Congressman still beat Rudy Giuliani in Fox's own poll.
If you thought the MSNBC debate was somewhat unfair towards Ron Paul, then this was an absolute debacle. Click here for more.
You might be surprised to learn that Ron Paul’s website, according to industry leader Alexa.com (part of Amazon.com) is currently getting more traffic than the web sites of Hillary Clinton, Rudy Giuliani, Mitt Romney, John McCain or John Edwards.
It’s true. But the mainstream media has not been reporting it. Even thought there is considerable Ron Paul chatter online.
Ron Paul’s traffic even passed Obama’s but then Obama’s site passed Paul’s back.
Ron Paul is the number one search term - in any area - on Technorati.
He excels on YouTube, and on Google.
He’s done well in online polling, although there is an issue with ABC who felt that his supporters were gaming the system (see link above).
This isn’t an article on Ron Paul’s policies. I certainly don’t agree with some of his views, and I might not have enough time to fully write about that were I to try.
But I don’t want to see the main shut out. Click here for more.
In a nutshell, he came on strong again, in South Carolina no less! I sat there in a state of shock, realizing that right there on FOX news, I was seeing the lone voice of reason. A real conservative voice actually engaging the debate, pulling no punches. Not only did Ron Paul get after it, he got it done and with style!
IMHO, Paul represents what I think will evolve into a GOP schizm. Essentially, we've got real conservatives, who are likely reaching their breaking point with the GOP, and the neo-conservatives currently dominating the party as a whole. Something has got to give. Based on the various polls and surveys, that something is gonna start with Ron Paul.
The GOP candidates got together again on Tuesday night for their second primary debate. I’ll give you the highlights and my opinions on how each of the candidates fared in this special Wednesday column.
The highlight of the debate was Ron Paul making the mistake of trying to point out that that one of the reasons why Islamic fundamentalists hate the U.S. might have something to do with our foreign policy in the Middle East. "They attack us because we've been over there. We've been bombing Iraq for 10 years. ... We've been in the Middle East. Right now, we're building an embassy in Iraq that is bigger than the Vatican. We're building 14 permanent bases. What would we say here if China was doing this in our country or in the Gulf of Mexico? We would be objecting," Paul said.
Of course this led to Rudy Giuliani defending America's honor, "That's really an extraordinary statement. That's really an extraordinary statement, as someone who lived through the attack of Sept. 11 that we invited the attack because we were attacking Iraq. I don't think I have ever heard that before and I have heard some pretty absurd explanations for Sept. 11. I would ask the congressman withdraw that comment and tell us that he didn't really mean that." Did anyone else notice that Giuliani completely distorted Paul's original point? By the way, there is nothing absurd about the idea that the U.S. is hated because of our foreign policy. What was absurd was Giuliani's shameless mentions of 9/11 and terrorism throughout this debate. Click here for more.
Wed May 16, 2007 8:28AM EDT By John Whitesides, Political Correspondent
COLUMBIA, South Carolina (Reuters) - It was showtime at the Republican presidential debate on Tuesday, and the big surprise was the man in the spotlight -- Ron Paul, the longest of longshots.
Paul, a nine-term congressman from Texas and the Libertarian Party candidate for the White House in 1988, stood out in a field of 10 Republican presidential candidates by standing up to front-runner Rudolph Giuliani in a spat over the September 11 attacks.
Paul initiated the exchange with Giuliani, the mayor of New York on September 11, by implying U.S. policies in the Middle East had contributed to the attacks in New York and Washington. Click here for more.
Tuesday, May 15th, 2007 in News by Justin Raimondo|
In response to Ron Paul’s reasonable and informed contention that our interventionist foreign policy created the “blowback” that gave rise to Al Qaeda, and 9/11, Rudy Giuliani burbled “I don’t think I’ve ever heard that!”
Of course he hasn’t heard it: he’s so busy pandering to the worst instincts of red-state fascists Republicans, calling for a national ID card, and drooling at the thought of torture that he has no time for a reality-based assessment of American foreign policy. That bullying would-be Mafia don, who looks and acts like someone out of “The Sopranos,” demanded that Ron Paul “withdraw his remarks and tell us he didn’t mean it.” Paul’s answer,
“I believe the CIA is correct when it warns us about blowback. We overthrew the Iranian government in 1953 and their taking the hostages was the reaction. This dynamic persists and we ignore it at our risk. They’re not attacking us because we’re rich and free, they’re attacking us because we’re over there.”
In effect: screw you, Rudy!
As even the dumbos over at FreeRepublic.com acknowledge, Rep. Paul is factually correct. Bin Laden’s fatwa gave his reasons for the attack, and the savaging of Iraq — pre-invasion — is front-and -center.. Click here for more.
Rudy Giuliani made clear in Tuesday night's Republican presidential debate that he is not ready to let the facts get in the way of his approach to foreign policy.
The most heated moment in the debate, which aired live on the conservative Fox News network, came when the former New York mayor and current GOP front-runner angrily refused to entertain a serious discussion about the role that actions taken by the United States prior to the September 11, 2OO1, terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon may have played in inspiring or encouraging those attacks. With the first round of debates under their belts, it was time Tuesday for the presidential candidates to start picking battles—with each other. The first to pair off: Rudy Giuliani and Ron Paul, John McCain and Mitt Romney, and John Edwards and Mike Huckabee.
A rundown of last night's top bouts after the jump ...
Rudy vs. Ron Paul Giuliani tangled with anti-war Rep. Ron Paul after the Texan suggested that Islamic terrorists "attack us because we've been over there," specifically citing that "we've been bombing Iraq for 10 years." A ticked-off Rudy disrupted the debate format: "That's really an extraordinary statement, as someone who lived through the attack of September 11, that we invited the attack because we were attacking Iraq. I don't think I have ever heard that before, and I have heard some pretty absurd explanations for September 11. I would ask the congressman withdraw that comment and tell us that he didn't really mean that."
Paul, who was asked twice during the debate why he was running as a Republican, refused to do so, noting that he believes "very sincerely that the CIA is correct when they talk about blowback." Click here for more.
Giuliani Up, McCain Up, Romney Down, and Ron Paul Out — Way Out A strange turn at the South Carolina GOP debate.
By Byron York
Columbia, South Carolina — For a man who had just grabbed the spotlight in a nationally televised presidential debate, Ron Paul seemed a little, well, defensive. A few minutes after the debate ended here at the University of South Carolina, Paul, a Republican congressman from Texas, ventured into the Spin Room to talk to reporters, only to find that they wanted to know whether he really blamed the United States for the September 11 terrorist attacks. Editor's Note: We The People need to convene a "National Debate On The Events of 9/11" and see who, among the candidates from both parties attends and/or just stays away.

Raw Story titles the story "Giuliani: Suggestion 9/11 was invited is 'absurd'". In my mind, the important story here is a disappointing one: that Ron Paul didn't speak out for 9/11 truth.
Good god, is that man brave. And he will reap the benefits of it.
I don't have Dr. Paul's courage; when he started talking tonight about the consequences of America's interventionist foreign policy, when he asked how we might react if a foreign country built bases on our soil, when he mentioned blowback--I started to fear for him. I thought for a moment, "well, maybe that's that." The crowd reaction was pretty rough. But I was wrong, and I believe in him now more than ever.
Right away, he took the lead in Fox News' own text message poll. (Texting, I suppose, was supposed to weed out those pesky Paul supporters.) Then I started reading comments on Politico, the New York Times, and the Washington Post. It's everywhere.
As of midnight, Ron Paul had slipped to second in the Fox poll, with 26% to Romney's 27%, and who knows if/when the results will actually appear. But even at second, that's an overwhelming victory. Dr. Paul went into the lion's den here, he took a horrid beating from Fox, and the official line isn't fooling anyone. He won. And we know it.
Watch Ron Paul take on Rudy Giuliani here. THE RON PAUL REVOLUTIONFrom NBC's Mark Murray
COLUMBIA -- After we finished interviewing South Carolina Republican Gov. Mark Sanford (more on that later), we spotted several Ron Paul supporters outside the statehouse handing out fliers and DVDs about Paul and his record. Across the street, in fact, was an RV -- decked out in red, white, and blue -- with the words "Ron Paul Revolution" on it.
When we opened up the DVD that one of the supporter handed out, the insert inside of it said: "Watch it, copy it, and pass it on. Our country DEPENDS on it."
Fox Reports - Viewers Decide: Ron Paul Leads GOP Poll!
Priceless look on Sean Hannity's face...
He was preparing to tell Fox News viewers which right wingnut among the ten Republicans had won the debate according to the poll so far among the Fox viewers - when he learned that the text votes to date had placed RON PAUL in first place! With 30% of the vote!
President Bush signed an agreement creating a "permanent body" that commits the U.S. to "deeper transatlantic economic integration," without ratification by the Senate as a treaty or passage by Congress as a law.
The "Transatlantic Economic Integration" between the U.S. and the European Union was signed April 30 at the White House by Bush, German Chancellor Angela Merkel – the current president of the European Council – and European Commission President José Manuel Barroso.
The document acknowledges "the transatlantic economy remains at the forefront of globalization," arguing that the U.S. and the European Union "seek to strengthen transatlantic economic integration."
The agreement established a new Transatlantic Economic Council to be chaired on the U.S. side by a cabinet-level officer in the White House and on the EU side by a member of the European Commission. Click here for more.
Why Congressman Paul always vote to defend out Constitution!
Margie, an AFTF and Ron Paul supporter wrote:
"Many of you may have heard this before. I heard it years ago, but as I came across it just now, I think this is the best way to explain why Congressman Paul always supports and defends the Constitution! It is lengthy, but well worth the read."
Davy Crockett vs. Welfare From The Life of Colonel David Crockett, by Edward S. Ellis (Philadelphia: Porter & Coates, 1884)
Crockett was then the lion of Washington. I was a great admirer of his character, and, having several friends who were intimate with him, I found no difficulty in making his acquaintance. I was fascinated with him, and he seemed to take a fancy to me.
I was one day in the lobby of the House of Representatives when a bill was taken up appropriating money for the benefit of a widow of a distinguished naval officer. Several beautiful speeches had been made in its support – rather, as I thought, because it afforded the speakers a fine opportunity for display than from the necessity of convincing anybody, for it seemed to me that everybody favored it. The Speaker was just about to put the question when Crockett arose. Everybody expected, of course, that he was going to make one of his characteristic speeches in support of the bill. He commenced:
YES, this is true. Google Video HAS removed the original video that had logged over 3million views. Happened over last weekend. Aaron has addressed Google about this and they've not responded. I have ripped the DVD since, and recompressed it along with the two-minute end tag for the product offer at the end and it's now live again. Link is below.

'The Net' shoves Ron Paul right down ABC's throat!
From the Alaska Intel Report It was embarrassing ! Whether ABC purposely left Cong. Ron Paul out of their poll, or whether they're just so arrogant that they just assumed that they know who the candidates are, or should be, they got a cold slap in the face the other day.
After deciding to ignore the 800 pound gorilla on the debate the other night, they thought by not including Mr. Paul in their 'poll', they could steer the results in the direction they wanted.
Wrong !
It didn't take long ! Pretty soon the net erupted and they were swamped with calls and emails demanding that Ron Paul be included. Well it didn't take ABC long to figure it out, they knew they were busted. They then did the only thing they could, they scrambled to get out in front of it by quickly including him in the list which resulted in these results ! View Here !
Now given that some Paul supporters may have voted more then once, though I believe cookies were dropped to prevent this, that's one hell of a lot of votes !
Even using MSNBC's own numbers, it was a blowout ! View Here ! Ron Pauls amazing come from behind win on the debate embarrassed the bought and paid for media whores so badly that they went into overdrive trying to bury this story. It would seem like ABC is learning a valuable lesson that DIGG.com just recently learned about modern day America. Americans talk back. And when enough of us talk back and say the same thing, they listen. If they don't listen, we tell the world. Then they listen.
Regardless of whose poll numbers you use, it has become obvious to anyone willing to look, that Americans all over this country, responded to Cong. Ron Paul's message and his straight forward programs to rescue this train wreck that The United States has become. Immigration, The Economy, The War, as you go down the list, his common sense approach and singly focused view of what is best for America within the framework of what the Constitution says, makes him stand out from the rest of the group of professional liars, thieves, and grade B actors like a bonfire on a dark night!
I wouldn't want to be Ron Paul. I've heard that he has some real concerns about his safety should he become a serious contender. And I must admit that we as a country don't have a great record when it come to protecting our leaders when they don't go along with the Bankers and other corporate Godfathers. I have no inside information about what the future holds for the good congressman, but one thing I CAN say by way of observation: "Cong. Paul may not be able to walk on water, but he has already demonstrated that he is fully capable of swimming with the sharks !"

NEW YORK (AP) -- Maybe they're outside in the garden. They could be playing softball. Or perhaps they're just plain bored.
In TV's worst spring in recent memory, a startling number of Americans drifted away from television the past two months: More than 2.5 million fewer people were watching ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox than at the same time last year, statistics show.
Everyone has a theory to explain the plummeting ratings: early Daylight Savings Time, more reruns, bad shows, more shows being recorded or downloaded or streamed. (Blog: What -- and when -- are you watching?) Click here for more.
Dear totally clueless idiot.
Your former viewers are NOT in the garden.
Your former viewers are NOT playing softball.
Your former viewers are NOT abducted by aliens.
Your former viewers are happy and healthy and sitting right here reading blogs like this one BECAUSE YOUR FORMER VIEWERS DO NOT LIKE BEING LIED TO, and THAT is why they are turning off their TV sets. ~ Mike Rivero www.whatreallyhappened.com
ARLINGTON, VA – Congressman Ron Paul's support has soared since the first Republican presidential debate. Conservative commentator John McLaughlin, host of "The McLaughlin Group," cited Ron Paul as having given "the best performance of the debate." In fact, the Paul campaign's apparent strength has many other pundits scrambling to explain it. Paul campaign officials offer the following examples of the candidate's rising success.
Since the debate on May 3, Ron Paul:
* Handily won two post-debate polls posted by event sponsor MSNBC * Placed a close third (18%) in a post-debate poll on the conservative Drudge Report * Won an ABCNews.com online debate poll with 84% * Won a C-SPAN online GOP candidate poll with 69% * Became the third most-mentioned person in the blogosphere, beating out Paris Hilton, according to the reputable Technorati.com * Produced a YouTube.com video that was ranked the 8th most popular overall video, and the most-viewed political video * Was featured, by popular demand, on the front of Digg.com * Generated so many bulletin posts on MySpace.com that the site owner News Corp. blocked all additional posts about Dr. Paul * Became a "most searched" term on Google and Yahoo! * Saw a quadrupling of daily visitors to RonPaul2008.com "These figures speak for themselves," said campaign chairman Kent Snyder. "Ron Paul has quickly become a strong contender for the GOP nomination because of his powerful message of freedom and limited government."

The End of National Currency Benn Steil From Foreign Affairs, May/June 2007
Summary: Global financial instability has sparked a surge in "monetary nationalism" -- the idea that countries must make and control their own currencies. But globalization and monetary nationalism are a dangerous combination, a cause of financial crises and geopolitical tension. The world needs to abandon unwanted currencies, replacing them with dollars, euros, and multinational currencies as yet unborn.

This Conservative Roundtable interview of Jerome Corsi by Howard Phillips reveals how behind closed doors, the Bush administration has collaborated with the governments of Mexico and Canada to merge the three nations into one Socialist mega-state: the "North American Union", also known as the "Security and Prosperity Partnership".
Freedom and our Constitution will have no place in this grim Orwellian future. The Dollar will be scrapped for the "Amero". There will be no First Amendment and no limit on the power of government. Click here and here for more.
