In one hand Aaron is right. He is right about the way the government got regulated and alienated the people and such. In other hand there is nothing in the constitution either that prohibits immigrants to be in the USA. By getting Lou Dobbs endorsement I wonder if we are going now from facism to nazism. Do you want a pure american race?...give it back to the natives.
The 16th Amendment is a rocky peice of Legislature. In appearance, it would seem as though it does grant the Congress power to issue an Income Tax on Labor without apportioning it to the States of the Union. However, with a lot of research, you'll find a very tangled web of lies and deceit.
The overall response to a taxation on Income from Labor has always been, and always will be, negative. Why? Because it really is unconstitutional. Our Country's Founding Fathers obviously knew this. The Congress had always thought this. And The Supreme Courts have always said this. So why did it pass?
Look at the time in which it was pasted. It was passed during a time I refer to as "America's Dark turning point." This was the period of time when the Bankers and New World Order cronies started influencing political policy.
So how was it actually passed? There was a lot of social unrest during that time between people who were poor and people who were wealthy. Under the "Soak the Rich" slogan, the bill was passed into law.
The "Rich" dodged this idea by investing their wealth in "Charitable Foundations," and getting Congress to declare that such foundations were tax exempt. Ironically, most of the Board of Directors in these foundations were headed by the wealthy. So in turn they dodged the taxation on their wealth and still had great oversight into where their wealth was going.
[Personal Observation.] Try this for yourself. Ever watch a wealthy politican debate about taxation on land properties? "Lower it," is always their response. Why? Because they can't invest their large properties into "charitable foundations" when their big houses occupy them.
...I have been following and supporting Aarons passion for truth for well over 7 months. There is no sane person in America who would support the Fed Banksters when they are brought to justice....Eventually it will be done but we are in for the fight of our lives...the largest obstacle is the Federal Government that has aided and ebetted this criminal enterprise from the gate...voting Ron Paul as our next President would be a dream come true..the only honest Senator in Washington? Yep!
Is there a such thing as an honest Senator. I thought that in order to be a Senator, one would have to swear to be honest and follow Justice, the first lie they commit.
