Happy Bill of Rights Day

December 15 is neglected by most Americans for its historical significance as the anniversary of the Bill of Rights. Even worse, American politicians neglect the actual Bill of Rights on a day-to-day basis.
Whether or not the Bill of Rights can ever be an effective means of limiting the government is open to debate. However, the Bill of Rights does offer a fairly good outline of a free society, and it shows how far our country has strayed.
In an America with a full respect for the Bill of Rights, there would be no Federal Communications Commission regulating the airwaves and forbidding certain speech, no Federal Election Commission limiting how much Americans can donate to political candidates or what they can say in independent political ads, no Food and Drug Administration harassment of pharmaceutical and wine producers regarding their commercial speech, no federal laws that have anything to do with religion whatsoever, and no federally established "free-speech zones."

Aaron announced the return of his cancer on a national volunteer conference call on Monday, 12/11. Over 100 volunteers and supporters were on the call.

AFTF Rockets Back Into Google Video's Top 100 At # 55
But 12/8 and 12/9 Views were even higher
We just experienced two HUGE back to back days of viewings on Google Video. But when you look at the viewing chart you will notice that this was AFTER two MASSIVE viewing days - 12/8 and 12/9 - when close to 60,000 views of AFTF were recorded. I/we missed the actual rank during those days, but our guess is that we might have made it into the Top 10.
One key indicator of AFTF's success on Google Video is the growing number of embedded viewing links on other websites. For example, there are now over 5000+ websites that are hosting the AFTF embedded links to Google Video.

In feeling great enlightenment, I can also say that I finally have found my place. My path. I've always been about truth. Fairness. Now I have a healthy view. An optimistic view that the world can and WILL change for the better. It will take a lot of hard work, but once people start looking in the right direction, they won't be able to overlook what has been in plain sight for all to see.
To me, revolution mustn't come by force, or conventional demonstrations. Government's expect that. We support them with revolt. If we were to think outside of the box, so to speak, an idea that comes to mind is to not act, to literally abandon our Government. What defense does a government have against that? They WILL try, but ultimately, if we stick to our ideas and VISION - the world CAN change and justice can prevail.
I have been quietly spreading the word. I'm mature enough to know when and where, and to respect my own limits. Eternal student, who wants to help other people notice what's going on right in front of them. The "other" truths. The _real_ truth. Please let me know what I can do.

No United States Justice of Federal Judge has Article III Judicial powers?!

No United States justice or federal judge has Article III judicial powers. The only proof needed is an oath of office and an affidavit of appointment. The last page of the U.S. Clerk attachment provides an address where a request can be made. Why don’t we make use of the magic of the Internet to acquire a library of the oaths and affidavits of all the federal judges?
The oaths and affidavits of appointment are so important they should be available on line. Maybe if we all made requests of individual oaths and affidavits of appointment they would be made a public record accessible by everyone all the time. Incidentally, this is a great way to help anyone facing the Department of Justice. The best way to help Wesley Snipes is to ask for all the Florida federal judges oaths and affidavits.

The Real ID Act goes into effect in 2008. If it is implemented in my state, I will cut up my driver's license and refuse to accept a national ID card. Real ID mandates that states include biometric data in machine readable format in their driver's licenses, and that all your personal infomation be linked in a national database. The machine readable technology is likely to be RFID, which is very insecure. Identity theft would be rampant under this plan.
National ID has always been a hallmark of a police state. Its purpose is to control us, not to protect us. Join with us in refusing to accept the police state.

AFTF Hits Highest Viewership Stats On Google Video
30,578 individuals viewed AFTF over the past 24 hours. This is the highest traffic ever recorded on Google Video since it was uploaded for the first time since 10/21.
