Here is a reply I got from "Roger Jarrell" about the 16th Amendment;Amendment XVI (the Sixteenth Amendment) of the United States Constitution, authorizing income taxes in their present form, was ratified on February 3, 1913. The amendment states:

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

This guy is a editor,and one would thing that an editor would want the knowledge of the truth,and not let himself get backed into a corner by someone with the knowledge.We have a long way to go as far as educating the people on the truth.
